Omg I reserved a car for 3:00pm & it wasn't ready until after 4. They told me it had to be inspected....well it should of been inspected before 3 if my reservation time is 3pm. I was so mad & the day was delayed. I don't recommend if you're on a time schedule. Terrible

The most unprofessional business that exists in America today is enterprise Rent-A-Car. You can’t work for them without a college degree however it’s the most poorly run business on earth. Even if you give them weeks of advance notice that your insurance is going to pay for your rental car, they don’t care and just bail you. It’s much easier to leave The work of getting compensated on the customer. And WEN called and challenged Ben. The branch manager just laughed. As a automobile, professional myself, I have directed customers toward Enterprise in the past, but after this experience, I can see why that wasn’t a huge mistake for my business. This business should be reviewed for all fraud.

Haven't had a bad experience this far. Only one complaint, the car we had was not cleaned well, there was sticky residue on steering wheel, dash, and seats, front and back.

They didn’t have the car I requested. Plus I have requested a receipt for my rental, since I did the night drop, and still haven’t received it after asking 4 times.

Abby this is your shout out thank you for putting me in a nice car
On return it was a little messy I could’ve cleaned it and they insisted that they can clean it which is really nice if you need a reliable rental go to enterprise in mentor if your location makes sense

Quick and easy process to rent a car. Getting the car was easy even though they had to upgrade me and I was okay with that but the car they gave me was a gas guzzler. And the return process from Columbia South Carolina to Mentor Ohio was easy peasy. One thing I noticed they failed to tell me was it's a $300 deposit, nobody mentioned that. But luckily it comes off once the car is returned.
