Cathy at the mentor branch is very nice along with all of the other staff members. They know me and treat me very nicely and assist me with any and all requests. I was very happy with my lease buyout process and I am thankful for having a bank close to home staffed with very nice and professional individuals:-)

Yes, every time I go into the branch everybody is always so friendly always say hello and always ask if they can help me. Very knowledgeable associates always able to answer my questions I enjoy going to that branch
