“Oh my goodness, what a wonderful place to stay! We are in the King (bed) Studio room on the first floor and it's just terrific! Lots of space, comfortable bed, very clean, everything in the room works! Definitely worth the price, which, in our opinions, is very reasonable!The concierge staff is fantastic - Very friendly and helpful. The bartender --- awesome!The Skye Bistro restaurant is REALLY GOOD! You need to try the crab cake and Skye's Caesar Salad with the grilled chicken! AMAZING!This was a great way to ring in the New Year!I wish we could stay here for more nights!Rooms: Very nice! Very clean! Lots of space in this room!Food & drinks: The Skye Bistro is here in the hotel. I highly recommend eating here!! $$The bartender is great, and so is the food! The wait staff and kitchen chefs certainly know what they are doing!”

“My room wasn't cleaned well at all, I told the employee, they said they had heard that a few times that day. I was NOT offered a discount, I had already situated all my gear, so I didn't wanna change rooms and showered (noticed black, long hair on the shower walls, im blonde ?, toe nail clippings and pieces of dorittos on the floor) sheets were clean tho... I used a was cloth to scrub the bathroom floor and it was ruined when I was done, black and brown nastiness... But I got the room online for about 65$, they ask 115$ per room at the desk inside (not worth 115 a night) They offer smoking rooms. I have never seen a motel without carpet before, what happened there that now they have faux hard wood floors? My room smelled like a jar of dill pickles exploded inside... the door needed to be slammed to close and lock all the way. But somehow the key card never gave me any issues, first time that's ever happened!!! Was a plus not being locked out for a few mins every time I tried to get back in. The refrigerator barely worked, had to crank it all the way up to get my water cold for the morning. But when your out hiking and the alternative is to illegally dispurse camp, this place had hot water and a comfy bed (oh the heat didn't work, just blew chilly air all night)... it was better than possibly getting caught camping where your not supposed to.Rooms: Check to make sure it's been cleaned. Don't expect carpeting LoL. U can request a smoking room.Safety: I was told by a pizza delivery guy to not stay there for long.... not sure why, but lots of the residents didn't cause me to feel safe. Especially since I could tell the room had been kicked in or Jimmied open before... since it was so hard to close properly.Walkability: Lots of close by businesses, McDonald's, gas stations, convenience stores and such.”

“Our family has been going here for Thanksgiving dinner for 5 yrs. This is no small gathering since our children & grandchildren add up to 54! All we asked Carol is to have us at ONE table & she wasn’t even challenged by that request! A beautiful table was always set with china, glassware, tablecloths, centerpieces, & even cranberry cutouts of an acorn at each table setting!!?”

“My family and I had dinner here last Saturday evening . The waitress and other servers were extremely attentive and friendly. Chris, the chef, was friendly and very professional checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We all enjoyed our meals as well as the restaurant's atmosphere.”

“I stayed here a couple of nights while on a fishing trip. The hotel was very conveniently located right off the highway. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby too. My room was spacious and clean. Property itself is nice and the area felt quite safe. What I was most impressed by was the incredibly quick check-in and check-out. That was such a blessing compared to other places I've stayed in the past. I will say that this is not a luxury hotel, but it will definitely meet your needs (especially price) for a good place to stay.”

“Let's be honest, if you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't the place for you. This is a budget friendly establishment, i.e. no frills. Keep your expectations low, because you get what you pay for. That said, the concierge, Mike, was a pleasant and helpful fellow.”

“We chose the handicapp room with walk-in shower. Room was very clean, the bed very comfortable you could smell the clean sheets. Soft pillows very comfortable. The price was reasonable. I love the shower accessories , lotion ,body wash in the shower. Built in chargers for your phone. The only thing that was dissappointing website listed a pool in the pool has been closed since Covid.Nearby activities: This is near a lake Erie in Cleveland.Food & drinks: No Free Continental Breakfast .”

“Stayed here for work, rooms were not ready at a reasonable time at check in, kitchen floor was filthy to say the least. It was obviously not cleaned after the last guests, or a longer period of time. Had maid service and requested extra towels, towels were left, not in the quantity requested but with a note that basically said try again tomorrow. Not to mention, dirty towels that were on the floor were not retrieved, nor was the trash emptied. Just horrible service overall. Would not recommend this hotel for any stay especially long-term; mattresses need replacing. Never been so glad to leave a hotel.”

“Fortunately / unfortunately this is my 47th stay in Hilton chain this year. The place looked new so I thought I hit a jack pot with newly build one. But no. Layout was old and TV was ancient with 3 inch bezel. But It was still good. My heater control was broken in my room. I did not ask for new room. I just used AC to cool down the place from 76 deg to 68. I would stay here again due to its renovated rooms.”

“Decent place for a value hotel. Great location, just easy of the city. Room was clean and had all the expected amenities and wifi. There are a few restaurants nearby as well. Great prices compared to those just a few miles west Iin the city.”
