Don’t expect personal attention. If you ask, no problem. The cashier, Katie at the Mentor store, is ALWAYS helpful. I am thrilled when I see her at the register!

I stopped to get a couple of ink cartridges. Asked if their price was higher than Best Buy. He said likely not. Returned next day and told him he owed me $10 plus tax. THEN he checked on line. Bad policy. Unnecessary.
