I stopped to get a couple of ink cartridges. Asked if their price was higher than Best Buy. He said likely not. Returned next day and told him he owed me $10 plus tax. THEN he checked on line. Bad policy. Unnecessary.

This store needs HELP in the printing/marketing department. Thank you Zack for your hard work but please get on your 2-way intercom and see to that you get help behind that counter when needed. Projects will never get done with you trying to be Superman and giving the customer unrealistic timelines. The GM should be ashamed with the back log and get some help for this kid!!

Was given an extremely hard time by the man that takes the Amazon returns. Yes, we had a decent amount of things to return but all of the clothes were too small. That was not our fault - the sizes were not right on Amazon. All of the clothes were ordered at the same time and needed to be returned. He complained the entire time that he had other things to do (I was literally the only person in the store) and that it was ridiculous that we were returning everything and that the things we were returning were nice - as if we wanted to return everything just to inconvenience him. I’m sorry? What business is it of yours that we are returning items? Do you take Amazon returns or not? Mind you I order things from Amazon every week and it’s RARE that I return anything. Then another man walked behind the counter and they exchanged eye rolls. Thanks, guys, for making me super uncomfortable for asking you to do your jobs.

Good products but not good print service since Ian and Sky left. Ian and Sky were great in the print center. Since they left, you might walk in and be told the print center is closed and your order that you sent in for the day wont' be printed. And no, they do not call you to tell. You have to go in and be surprised in person.

Staples provides great customer service. Also they give great discounts for recycling & points earned on purchases. Helps when making new purchases for office supplies & replacement ink.

Poor organization/atmosphere and even their clearance section is overpriced. Their employees don’t seem well-trained or personable. However, there was an older lady in the evening who was friendly and helped us. I’d rather go to OfficeMax or Walmart if I can.
