The copying center is always has confused me and make me frustrated! Confusing me... The young lady there suggested that she copy my paperwork for me... she was so NICE! She even put my paperwork in order and she knew what she was doing... very excellent experience!

The kids take their time to wait on customers. I wish their management would tell him it's proper to acknowledge a customer, acknowledge they are waiting and tell them that they will be right with them. If they're in the middle of something, not just ignore them.
