Poor organization/atmosphere and even their clearance section is overpriced. Their employees don’t seem well-trained or personable. However, there was an older lady in the evening who was friendly and helped us. I’d rather go to OfficeMax or Walmart if I can.

As a business owner I’m huge on customer service and prompt service. I’ve ordered many business cards and other prints and travel to pickup. It started out rough with some people but Hannah who works in the print department is absolutely amazing she corrected all issues and assures my items to be done on time and perfectly! Will continue to be a return customer with her helping going forward!

It was my first experience in making a business card online. I was afraid of the results, but they were really wonderful and better than I expected, and the price was very reasonable, and the wonderful treatment of the employees was appreciated. Thank you very much staples

Had a last minute order of programs for a family funeral. Ian in the printing center was extremely gracious, patient, and an overall delight to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure the programs looked the absolute best they could. I left extremely impressed and grateful for the understanding and care during a highly emotional time.

Just tried to do Amazon return and was told they could not do it! Don't go to this place. They are rude and apparently don't want to do their jobs. Especially once at the front door it has a sign saying now doing Amazon returns.

Alex in the copy and print center was AMAZING!!! What I thought was going to be a simple at home print and cut job turned into a nightmare. Last minute for me and about 20 minutes before closing, I ran into Staples copy and print center and Alex was so gracious and beyond helpful. Alex listened to my needs and concerns and figured out how to make my project work and walk out of there before closing with what I needed! There are not enough nice things I could say about Alex! What an employee and all around amazing person! A raise is needed!

Came in to get some address labels printed out for a mail marketing campaign. Was told they could not do it as it would back up their queue, and to do it online. Went online but could not find where and how to create my labels so I called to ask if they can walk me through it. The guy told me that he did not have a computer in front of him (maybe go to a computer to help a customer?) so he reassured me just go to the website and scroll to find it... I used to work at Staples and from my experience we were taught to help every customer, and not brush them off. what are you even working there for in a consumer sales business if not for the customer? Worst customer service I have ever gotten.

The print quality was as expected, but the service here was different than, and not as good as, at other Staples Print Centers.I walked in and said, “I’m picking up for (my name).” The guy looked at me like I was speaking Martian. I had to repeat myself. “Is it a print job?” he asks. Well yeah, that’s why I’m at the print center. “Did you get an email saying it’s done?” YES, that’s why I’m here giving you my name, go get my prints please! Then I spelled my name for them twice. My order wasn’t indexed on their shelf, so it took a sec before they could find my order.Usually when I pick up online orders, the person there takes out my prints, shows me one of them, asks if they are satisfactory, and has me sign. None of this happened; they said “here ya go” and immediately turned their back on me.This guy obviously didn’t care about me, or my print job, or his job in general. They’re still my job’s local print shop, so they’re convenient and will probably keep getting my print jobs when I’m nearby, but they really ought to try being more friendly. They could have easily got the 5 stars today, and honestly it would have taken them less effort than their scoff.

Usually get my flyers from office max in willoughby, they do a fantastic job by the way. They always are able to do my order within an hr. I walked into here and placed an order, worth $120 which I paid for before pick up. The man said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I said that’s fine I’ll be back thursday evening (2 days later)Just called put me on hold and kept transferring me until it came time for them to close. The man I spoke to said it would be ready tomorrow morning, What? And I asked what was the point of putting me on hold and he said that they are closed and hung up on me. As a business owner do not come here. Terrible service. May even potentially ask for a refund. I will not be in tomorrow morning as I have to work the rest of the weekend until next week. Totally messed up my plans. Terrible terrible terrible avoid this store

Tyler Fox took a business order weeks ago and never once made further contact!! Changed information multiple times and ultimately wasted time by never calling back!! Terrible service, associate directly was insubordinate to order, and was direct loss of customer!

Customer service in this country isn’t what it used to be. Ask for help on a pc and it was like I was asking for a freebie or something. No one wanted to help me. Overheard the manager say that the guy with the gun set precedents so I just had to wait…. Wow the vibe and morale in this place was just low.
