Scott, the T Mobile kiosk Manager was down right rude and told me to “get out” that he wasn’t going to service my account. He is a young man with no customer service experience and doesn’t belong in a managerial position.
Complaint filed with T-Mobile as well as Sam’s Club.

Crappy phone company. Internet goes out all the time and I play over $100 on my bill. Cant wait to switch from this company because they are the worst.
