I had a package to ship and the 2 clerks working didn’t acknowledge me when I entered the building because they were having their own private conversation. After about 20 seconds the young lady finally motioned me over, no hello, no asking what I needed. During the quick drop off there was no eye contact and the two clerks continued their own conversation. It was awkward. Management should review customer service expectations with staff because this was unprofessional.

Web site and automated system tells me to wait for my medical supplies till 7pm, if I don't receive package call back tomorrow or check site. 7 days is way too long to wait for my supplies, NOT HAPPY!

Whoever that kid is who works here makes this store by far the best store to drop off an Amazon package at. There really is no point to go to any other UPS store or drop off point. Wander into this store with your package with a stupid expression on your face, and you will be taken care of extremely well!

I really dislike the fact that everywhere you go has self service options. The employees really enforce that if you have Amazon returns, you do them yourself. Self service is an option not a must, period! If there’s an excessively long line and I don’t want to wait okay, I will ring myself out for an Amazon return. If I just walked in, am the only one in the store PLEASE do not tell me to ring my own Amazon returns out when I have multiple. I just got off of a 10 hour shift and there is no one in your line. You can earn your paycheck too. I already earned mine. You have no idea how busy my work day was or how long it was. What I know is that I am in your place of employment and there is no one in your line. Please do your job. Don’t make me do your job too.

Store closed early bad hours lackluster support.
For people paid to do the absolute least amount of work with minimal amount of stress they close awfully early have zero flexibility for those with more demanding jobs.
UPS loses my business because of operations like this and it should absolutely lose yours as well

This store will now nickel and dime you for Amazon returns. They will not allow machine to print out labels, so if you didn't do that at home and tape it to the box, they will charge you 1.50 to do it for you.....eventhough they have a contract with Amazon to partner with as a designated Amazon return site. Find another store that won't gouge customers for Amazon UPS returns!! Oh, but they will allow the their machine to print out fancy sticky drop-off receipts for free. Stupid!!

On every visit I am pleasantly greeted by the employees.
Service is always quick. Even with multiple customers wait time is always less than 5 minutes.
