“Bought a car from here yesterday and it was easy. I called ahead to see if they still had the car and right away kristijen set up an appointment with me. He were very flexible and even let me come at an earlier time. They are very honest about the cars and even leave the engine bay as is (meaning don't clean it) as to not hide anything. “This place is AWESOME!!!! I was very worried about buying a used car. MJ, the owner, made us feel totally relaxed. No pressure. Very Professional. Upfront and honest. I have never had a better car buying experience in 50 years of car buying!!! The day after we brought the car home, it didn’t start. I was panicked. MJ had the car towed from Chagrin Falls to Wickliffe immediately. It was a starter problem, a freak problem that just happened. No way of seeing this ahead of time. MJ replaced the starter and had it ready for pickup that day!! And with NO CHARGE!!! I almost had a stroke!!! FREE REPAIR!!! That is what kind of operation Avenue Motorcars runs. I plan on buying my daughter a car next month! I have already told my Family and friends, and they plan on checking out Avenue Motorcars when in the market for a car. By the way, when i wanted to have my personal mechanic check over the used car, because i was so afraid of buying a lemon, MJ not only agreed to have it checked out, he drove it to my mechanic himself! You don’t find this kind of service at the large scale Big name Dealerships ! This is like the olden days , where people could trust a car dealership!!!”

I’m also open minded and knew I am the type of person who will research and do my own due diligence. I was looking for a reliable, safe car for my son and the process here was easy. I was able to take it to my own mechanic and do my own due diligence without any issue. The owner was nice and although he didn’t give me that break in price (I was going to take off one star like I joked with you about ?) it was a great deal, great car and knowing it checked out safe for my son was a nice peace of mind.
