“I bought my car here back in April and honestly I had a really good experience. Brian was cool, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into anything. I was able to test drive the car and come back the next day to make my final decision. The whole process was pretty smooth, and I got a car that I really liked. I did have a couple small repairs I needed to get done after buying it, but it was less than $200, so it really wasn’t a big deal. Even after it being a couple months, the car is still fine. Overall I’m happy with my car and my experience here, and I’d definitely recommend them.”
“We were looking for a college car and not having much luck. We walked into the lot , looked around and narrowed it down by price, quality etc. We got a 2016 Chevy Trax , no rust, almost completely rebuilt for 4200 plus dealer fees and taxes. The people are amazing. We drove the car for a day to check it out. It's on the road daily now and runs perfect. They also include the car fax. Helpful hint, do the research. Don't just buy right away. Even the sales people told us to take our time and learn everything about our car. I'm planning on going back for the next college car coming up soon.”

“This place is AWESOME!!!! I was very worried about buying a used car. MJ, the owner, made us feel totally relaxed. No pressure. Very Professional. Upfront and honest. I have never had a better car buying experience in 50 years of car buying!!! The day after we brought the car home, it didn’t start. I was panicked. MJ had the car towed from Chagrin Falls to Wickliffe immediately. It was a starter problem, a freak problem that just happened. No way of seeing this ahead of time. MJ replaced the starter and had it ready for pickup that day!! And with NO CHARGE!!! I almost had a stroke!!! FREE REPAIR!!! That is what kind of operation Avenue Motorcars runs. I plan on buying my daughter a car next month! I have already told my Family and friends, and they plan on checking out Avenue Motorcars when in the market for a car. By the way, when i wanted to have my personal mechanic check over the used car, because i was so afraid of buying a lemon, MJ not only agreed to have it checked out, he drove it to my mechanic himself! You don’t find this kind of service at the large scale Big name Dealerships ! This is like the olden days , where people could trust a car dealership!!!”

“Some time ago, i was in a bind and needed a vehicle fast. Probably about a year and a half ago.... This place had listed a small 2009 Tacoma pickup for sale.
When they called me, they had only had it for 2 days, but I wasn't concerned, I needed reliable wheels. We scheduled a test drive. The business owner and wife were very professional and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions. They explained to me that they had done some minor brake work and put a hitch on it but that that was it, due to how soon I was looking at the vehicle after they got the vehicle... the understanding was that it needed some work here and there, nothing major...but that i would of had to wait several weeks for them to do this before purchasing. As it stood it ran and drove, everything necessary to get me down the road worked fine on the vehicle. so i was fine with the condition of the vehicle and the transparency they had given me about the vehicles history.
We arranged a time to pickup the truck the following week after going through the purchasing process which was very straight forward and easy.
A few weeks later, I had some issues with my brakes, and the couple was more then happy to take the truck and have the brakes fixed by their mechanic. The process was straight forward, they were courteous and professional. It was a pleasure getting a car from them and I felt like they were being honest and truthful about the vehicle and its condition upon purchase. which is rare.
This is by no means a corporate big name dealership with brand new cars and a whole team of people funding the operation. This is a couple who run their own business and stand by their customer service.
If your looking for a reliable car that's affordable, and you want to support a local business that values the relationship that is buying a car, and you want to be treated honestly and fairly. This place will do exactly that. I would do business with them again in the future and have recommended several of my friends to them. Great experience. Thank you both.”
“I had a great experience and I definitely was a little nervous from the reviews. I was either going in to something horrible or good. I’m also open minded and knew I am the type of person who will research and do my own due diligence. I was looking for a reliable, safe car for my son and the process here was easy. I was able to take it to my own mechanic and do my own due diligence without any issue. The owner was nice and although he didn’t give me that break in price (I was going to take off one star like I joked with you about ?) it was a great deal, great car and knowing it checked out safe for my son was a nice peace of mind.
I will definitely be back if another Volvo comes in stock for myself.”

“The car wash at the Classic Auto Group is wonderful! I had my 1st experience in this wash. I immediately noticed the brand of the car wash equipment. I have never been to this style . I liked the conveyor belt gently moving the car. The slow moving squeegees did a great job. I enjoyed seeing something different!, than the conventional wash.
I was impressed with the fabric drying cloth spinners at the drying phase. My car came out very dry and looking great!
Then when I got to the vacuum area, Vacuum #2 did a great job at being able to clean deep into the gaps between the seats and under the seats. I have not used a commercial vacuum with this attachment, I have them for shop vacs and I was glad to see this improvement at the vacuums. Highly recommended!”
