Best experience in a phone store. Dre was my sales rep & he was the absolute best. Hes real laid back & not pushy, very knowledgeable as well, made our whole process smooth and wasy. Couldnt recommend Dre enough. Will only be coming back to work with Dre. Make sure you ask for him if you want the best experience!

We walked right in and were helped immediately with friendly associates. Dre was exceptional. He was creative in figuring out our new plan. He was fast, friendly, super positive and helped us save money!
We need more people like Dre working in customer service! Excellent job young man!

3/7/25 edit: Switched to USMobile and I'm now saving $2000+ a year on my bill. Thanks for increasing my price and opening my eyes to much cheaper alternatives. I now pay 51 a month for 3 lines instead of 240!
For being a loyal customer, I now get to pay $15 more a month on my bill!!!!! Canceling as soon as I pay this phone off.

Absolutely awful experience. I went in to inquire about upgrading my watch and adding a tablet to my account. I walked in the door to be 'greeted' by a kiosk asking if I had an appointment or not. An associate then came over to say it would be a FORTY MINUTE wait - the associates didn't seem busy? So I waited and was approached by someone who did not introduce himself. He asked why I was there and immediately dismissed it to start asking me who I have for streaming service, internet service and if I wanted to insure all of my devices for $60/mo. He did acknowledge my military discount by saying "that comes in handy." A "thank you for your military service" would have been nicer.
I was given multiple different quotes. He never once got up to show me any devices, just kept quoting me prices. He then said he would give me a phone number to disconnect my watch service when I got my new one - why would I need to do that when the service is already active? Hmm. I asked if there were any trade-in promotions and he said they ended yesterday - on a Wednesday? Hmm. Frustrated, I asked him to print out these so-called quotes. I sat and waited for 10 minutes and he never came out from the back room, so I left.
I went home, used my Verizon App to purchase my new watch at ZERO cost to me thanks to their online promotion. I worked for the competitor for 15 years back in the 2000's and these associates do not have the hunger or thirst like we used to have for sales, NOR the professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and do your business online!

This store is great. The manager there was kind and extremely helpful. He Fixed a porting problem with my new phone in less than a half hour when any other store and even tech support just prolonged the issue and made it worse. I highly recommend going to this Verizon store for all your needs whether it be a simple question or making a purchase. Thank you guys again for all your help

At the mentor store, the associate, Lena, was extraordinary. She went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem with my bill. Lena wouldn't let the Verizon phone associate hang up until she saw it was actually off of my bill. You don't find service like this. God bless her for her help. The phone associates are rude and not helpful. I feel that they were even rude to her and she handled it so professionally. Was refreshing.

I closed out my account due to unexpectedly high bills and I was told by the manager that helped me close my account that I will be getting a refund check of $726 by mail within eight weeks for two cell phones I traded in
Instead I got a letter from collections in the mail saying I owed Verizon $1200 of an outstanding balance
I went in the store multiple times and they acted like they could not help and they sent me to some customer service in Georgia that did absolutely nothing. Although their one staff member confirmed that I traded in the two phones and was owed a check, he could mot do anything and I asked if they could pull the cameras of my transaction and they acted like that that was all at a corporate level that knew nothing about it
I got a collection statement for $1200 and I had to settle $600 out of my pocket in order to get this off my record. I lost $1300 because of the store and I paid 250 a month for over a year for three cell phones and an Internet box that barely worked
Take your business elsewhere this place is a scam
