I will not be returning to this location again. It won’t hurt to drive to the next Verizon store. They act like they couldn’t give me back my traded in phone after corporate said I could, all of this happen not even 5 hours. If I get a final bill for the remaining balance, this store is going to pay for it.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE! GO TO THE STORE AT THE CORNER OF HEISLEY MENTOR AVE. INSTEAD. The manager at the store across from Denny's, has what I would call a "God Complex". (Tall white guy with brown hair). He would not give his name when I asked to complain about him. So, I went down the road a few miles or so and had a great experience at the Verizon store at the corner of Heisley and Mentor Ave. in Mentor. BUT WAIT , THERES MORE,,, while I was at this much better store, 3 other unrelated customers walked in the door with similar complaints about the Manager from the store across from Dennys. The Heisley Rd Store is able to help you with anything they do at the "shitty" store.

John was a tremendous help to us when we had a problem with an item that was not ordered by us but somehow placed on our account AS ordered by us. He was extremely patient and also was able to correct the problem for us that same evening. We especially appreciate his willingness to assure us that he'd make sure all was put right. We've been Verizon customers since Cellular One became Verizon - over 35 years ago. Workers like John KEEP us loyal customers! Thank you, John for solving our problem and being so kind and patient! Happy New Year!

Highly upset with this store . I will not be returning . I came in to upgrade my phone and was told I could not get help because I did not have my Id . I had every last form of identification even my military id and they still wouldn’t help me to upgrade my phone. I will not be returning. It’s sad I had to go to another verizon store just to get an upgrade on my I phone

I went in on Friday December 15, 2023 and had to deal with Jason. Biggest jerk I have met at this store. Wouldnt even help me when I came in. Told him I was having service issues. Said we do only phones and plans. Wouldnt even try to help. Kept talking over me. Are really so big you dont care about your customers? I will never return to this store. As soon as the phones are paid off we are pulling our lines.

went to the mentor verizon Dec 2023 as I have been having ongoing issues with service on my iphone 13 pro. since I have had it. Manager Jason checking people in wouldnt even let me in. said they only did phones and plans. couldnt believe I wasnt worth 10 min to look at the phone and acct to see if he could help. He should be fired. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

5 employees, 1 person handling business… brought my kids with me to pick up a phone (already paid for) been waiting an hour and no signs of change of pace. Multiple workers stand around and chat after taking your name and adding it into the que…. Just sit and wait and watch employees play on phones… what a waste of time. This store absolutely blows! Maybe cut down on employees and our services won’t be as high. Trash

STAY AWAY THEY ARE THEIVES, I purchased a phone Samsung S23+ paid $300 with a trade in phone for $400 and the calls were always dropping on the new phone so under 30 days I then returned the phone for a refund and was advised I would be refunded for the $300 and instead of a refund they sent me a bill for $912 plus they told me too bad on the old phone I wouldn't get it back or a credit for it. I filed a charge back with my bank , Verizon fought it and now I am out $1300 with a balance due of $912 still demanded from Verizon. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General Dave Yost and The Better Business Beauru!
