Started off as a straight forward process getting 2 new phones and it has been a terrible experience since then. They didn't apply the correct rebates for the phone payments, charged the wrong price for the phone at pick up, said they would correct it and apply to the next bill, the next bill went up and was messed up even more. Mind blowing how disorganized this store is since no employees know when the manager is working there next. It's 3 months later with no management response or follow-up after he said it would get corrected 2 weeks after the initial purchase.

Be careful- you do not get the price promised.
So I was in the store with a friend, and mentioned i pay 118/.month at tmobile. The manager was SHOCKED and said he could get me a 65/month plan with bring my own device. So i came back the next day alone , and all of a sudden the 65/month wasn't available for me. So it was 80 a month. SO then they threw on the new Iphone for 28 cents a month. Who wouldn't take a new phone for 28 cents a month right?
Well got my first bill it was actually 90 a month (not 80), plus additional 17 dollar a month fee from Asurian (I did not agree to this), and additional charges to total 165/month . This was after paying 265 dollars 3 days earlier to walk out the door. So I'm told the device charge of 33 dollars will come off when i get my tmobile phone unlocked. Ok that is fine. But that still leaves me with 130 a month. So after some more info turns out I'll pay 109/month. So the "shocking" 118/month from TMobile was actually right in ballpark, without the hassle of changing carriers and getting a bait and switch from the 65/month.
BE CAREFUL
Also- the phone they gave me was a lemon- It dropped 40% on the battery while i was working and didn't touch it. This is like my 8th iphone between work and personal i never saw such a bad battery usage and i'm 3 days in

Needed my ID to turn in a phone from an online trade in from my plan. Guy was rude about it, and could have asked questions about the account to verify me.
