Amy at Mentor Great Lakes Mall was excellent, efficient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The selection and pricing is on par and though not overly fancy, the frames will get the job done. Two week wait on the glasses, but saved hundreds of dollars by shopping at Vision Works.
