“I hit a deer March 17th and got my car to Middletown collision the next day for an estimate. They gave me a good price and an even better timeline of repair! I dropped my car off Friday the 20th and it was fixed and ready to be picked up the next Thursday!! “After taking my vehicle to one collision repair shop, it was necessary to take it to another repair shop to correct mistakes made. I'm not sure if you know it or not. But it is very hard and difficult to get another repair shop to accept a vehicle that has been previously repaired. They accepted my vehicle and corrected the mistakes leaving me very very happy and satisfied. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times?”
“I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.”

“NAPA is NAPA! Always consistent...Smack dab in the middle of the country, I lost the fan belt on my '76 Porsche 911S. Not an easy find in neither California nor New York. Even the Porsche dealer didn't have any in stock and wanted an upfront deposit of $75 per belt before they'd even order one for me. My second call was to NAPA, who directed me to their store in Miamisburg that had two in stock. $24.95 each AND THE BELTS WERE MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S.A. This is what I call a happy ending!???=;-{>”

“I had a job about 100 feet from this shop and my vehicles battery died. I rode my electric scooter I keep as a backup to this shop. They had a few batteries priced at $40-$50 used. The owner personally went and got two batteries because the first ones terminals were on the opposite side. That speaks a lot about the owner he made it right I appreciate his time.”

“The rear wiper arm on my ’16 MB GL350 broke and I needed a new one. Looked online at the AutoZone stores near me and all had what I needed in stock, so went to their store next to Gordon Food / Pep Boys.
The lady at that store looked up my part and said they did not have it, and in fact I would need to buy it directly from Mercedes Benz.
So before I left the parking lot I called this Advance Auto Parts store, and they said they had one in stock. Went there to make my purchase with no issue.”

They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good. “My 20-year old car was in a minor fender-bender accident. As you would imagine, the car was totaled, and I had to get a salvage title. I learned that dealers that I contacted did not repair a salvaged vehicle. Luckily, my husband found Body Werkes. Carlton and his team did a fantastic job on my 2005 Honda.
