“Don’t usually leave reviews, but definitely feel like I should.
Short version: 5 stars, hands down
Long Version: I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a mechanic that gets the job done as fast as these guys do it. The price is very reasonable, good communication with the customer about what’s going on, and very nice, chill atmosphere in the shop. I’ve found myself dropping my car off last minute at 5:20 on a work night and getting a call it’s ready the next day. Fantastic.
I’ve tried other services since moving from Miamisburg, but I’ve had bad luck. Minute oil change drive-thrus and big box stores are always there, but the service is not is not always worth the convenience. I’ve moved about 40 minutes away from Miamisburg but I’ll drive to this shop for the reliable service they provide (my old Fiat 500 willing). Absolutely recommend! 5/5”

“A big shout out to the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group, Eric Soehner and his team at the Miamisburg location: Jamie, Tony, Cayte and the painters. They took care of everything. They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good. “Just had a great experience with Brownies. Was concerned about some noises my engine was making, and they scheduled me quickly, did a thorough check, and let me know what they found. Turned out it wasn’t the transmission after all, but they showed me what other things might be causing the noise and gave me excellent instructions for what I could do next. Didn’t charge me a thing for checking it out. Would happily recommend this place to anyone.”
“I bought a used car and as soon as I started driving down the road, I could hear a loud knocking noise on front passenger side.. The next morning I pull into Tire Discounters and was greeted by both Patrick and Tyler.. They got my car pulled in pretty fast.. Tyler told me what was wrong and quoted me a decent price for everything that needed to be done. Then they showed me how to look up the CarFax and explained everything that was on it. Was told my vehicle would be done the following day due to waiting on parts ( not a big deal) however I received a phone call around 5:00 that same day saying my car was ready and I could come pick it up! I can’t thank Patrick and Tyler enough for all of the help today! Truly some of the BEST front desk staff I’ve came across.
