“They just replaced motor mounts for me, and the price of everything was cheaper than I would’ve got from any other shops. They do quality work. Was able to squeeze me in for a brake job afterward too. Replaced an engine for me many years ago before they moved to a bigger shop, and was pleased then. So, they’re still awesome! What really tops everything is she offered to see if someone could give me a ride to pick up my vehicle, because I was having issues with a rental car situation. That was so kind!!”

“Very pleased with my experience working with the sales team for the pre-owned vehicles. Attentive to the deals and listening to what I was telling them. Willing to negotiate and come to an agreement based on what I told them I wanted.
I will say though that once all that part was done and I was ready to go to the finance guy.. With financing already pretty much done.. I was very disappointed.. .. I had to wait an hour because of his tech issues and no one offered to help.. I could have been done in 15 mins because everything was already. And don't call me a pet name (Young lady) when you don't know me. That was degrading and sexist.
Once I was done there.. back over to the sales team.. they had my purchased vehicle, washed and gassed up.. ready to go!! They were wonderful!
So it was a 5 until the finance issue..”
“Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2024 Ford escape. It was on me and my wife’s to do list to go off the lot with a brand new care- he made that happen. Because of his excellent service and willing to ensure you have the best option, I bought him three new clients which are pleased with his willingness to help and until this day we all share the same testimony! “This was my 1st oil change at Pep Boys. I thought that I would be getting a Pennzoil gift card, but now that I think about it, I guess the reason I didn't is because I used a $10 off coupon. Or does the gift card just come later?
Other than that, I have no complaints. The waiting area is comfortable. The wait time wasn't excessive. I assume that, since I scheduled on Friday night for a Saturday afternoon appointment, that's why I had to wait for the filter to arrive. Next time I'll plan ahead and hopefully my wait will be even shorter!”
“The gentleman here just saved my Christmas tonight. Not sure if they realize the impact of their kindness. My tire valve cap was stuck and I was looking at up to $200 to fix. They were able to remove it and at no cost. God bless you all and I will be back when I need tires! Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!!!”
