“Went to Menards and needed a plumbing part and the person in that dept didn't know a damn thing about plumbing went to Lowes and the lady in that dept went right to where the part was so Lowes people are trained s little better then Menards people”

“I have nothing but wonderful reviews for this store! Yesterday (8-21-2025) I visited the paint department and the 2 women working were so friendly and were able to color match a tiny little paint sample from paint that is 5 years old. It was a PERFECT match. The customer service desk allowed me to return tinted paint, that I chose, without a receipt, for store credit. Seriously. Unbelievably amazing customer service!”
