I left the mugs for him to wrap and was on my way.The mugs made it to my home exactly when he said. There was a big "Fragile" sticker on the box. As I unwrapped the box, I saw how well wrapped the mugs were. Beautiful job. If I lived in the Dayton area, they would be my go-to for shipping!”
“I just had to leave this review and hype up/brag on Shoan at this location! I came in with a concern that my package had been lost for a return I shipped out. I lost my receipt and had a shipping label saying the package was never dropped off. Shoan took the time to find out when I came into the store, what time/day, and scanned through every single receipt in their system. Hunted through my email for shipping labels, called people, the whole nine! He did not stop until we tracked down my package! He gave me every resource he could to make sure I had all I needed to get the return where it needed to be. He is an extra mile person for sure. So grateful for his time and patience that day!!”

“My daughter order a vanity set and the driver had put it at our door. When we tried to bring it in it was so heavy we couldn't lift it (140lb) the driver was making another delivery but before he left he seen us struggling so he came back and carried it in the house for us when he didn't have to. We were very thankful ?”
