“I was helped by Keller today and if not for him I would have been left in such a frustrating predicament. He not only helped with my situation but went BEYOND what was called of him. He has amazing customer service. If he is not a manager or higher up he should be considered because he was pleasant, patient and helped identify solutions..all while still keeping the store running smoothly.. greeting new customers when they came in and still managing to help other customers as well. wouldn't come to burden him with your issues but I can tell you he understands his job and cares about the customers who come through the door. Thank you Keller... more than you can imagine. Your attention today really allowed me to get back to work before I missed half a day and as a single mother the little things make the biggest difference to us.”
