“We had a very, very good experience getting Lily, Splash, Patrick Kane and Katie McCracken established with Dr. Combs. He spent a lot of time with each of them which we appreciate a lot. We are looking forward to buying the products they carry for arthritis and pain which our other vets don't sell. Our neighbors' small dog got acupuncture from Dr. Combs before she passed away last year and that was a very good treatment for her pain that I am hoping to try with our dogs. We had been with the same primary vet for almost 20 years so it was a bit stressful to choose a new place. The last vet sold to a private equity company a few years ago and their prices became unaffordable very quickly. We always want to use locally owned businesses first and are so happy MAH checks that box, too. I feel so much better about our dogs health care after our appointments with MAH and Dr. Combs.”

Remy cut her paw and needed to have surgery and as soon as I called they told me to bring her in and they fit us into their day and did her surgery same day. Always so attentive and puts me at ease! You won’t find many vets that have the care and concern about your pet, and for you that Dr Andrew and his staff have!I’d never go anywhere else!!! Five stars ⭐️”

She supported us during a very difficult time during Patty Cakes illness without us even being a client yet. I cannot recommend her highly enough just for the simple fact that she is obviously extremely compassionate and genuinely care for you and your animals. A real class act that is so rare these days. My baby was in a lot of pain and my vet was closed and I found the wonderful Dr. Belue and he called me back on his day off to help us out. This man is a pure angel. I will never forget you and thank you for making it as quick and painless as possible. My boy drifted off in my hands as I balled like a baby. 100000 percent recommend this amazing doctor. “My dog Buddy has the best vet ever at Banfield. Dr. Stevens is amazing — very thorough and always explains everything clearly. Vet tech Jill does an excellent job trimming Buddy’s nails, and he’s always calm with her. Everyone at this Banfield location is kind, caring, and treats Buddy like family, which means so much to me because he is my family. I’m truly grateful for the level of care they give him. Pricing is transparent, you always know what to expect, and it feels fair for the level of care.”

“Another great experience! Took my sweet boy for his follow up and took my kitten for a check up. They are both doing great. My pup is 17 yrs old and according to the Doc. he's in great shape. His antibiotic regimen worked great to help clear up his glands, the anti inflammatory meds are working great for his arthritis. I was told my 8 mth old kitty is in great health. This is the best vet that I have ever been to. My pup is anxious around other dogs, we have had a exam room ready for us as soon as we got there each time, as soon as we show up. They call to check in after your visit to make sure thing are going well. I feel like they are very reasonable with cost, and again, don't push to up sale. Everyone who works her are so kind and focused on making sure that your pet and you are comfortable and well taken care of. 1000/10 recommend.”
“Dr Anstadt has been my vet since 1986. He and his dad (RIP) have always taken excellent care of my fur babies … from turtles, rabbits, hamsters, cats, and dogs. He takes the time to explain options and is up front with the costs which is very important to me. His fees have always been reasonable.I saw a review that mentioned the cleanliness of the office, but I think cleanliness should not be confused with old. Sure the office could use a makeover but the paint being fresh would not change his ability to care for my pets! I go there for his expertise, not for the decor.”
“Dr Shannon and her team at the Dayton Mall branch was so kind and patient when my little Shadow was diagnosed with leukemia. They allowed my husband and I so much time to grieve when we had to put her to permanent sleep. I will always be grateful to them. When I returned to have my other two babies tested, she was once again so kind and answered all concerns. Thank you Dr Shannon, Jacquelyn and Sarah. I will never forget your amazing consideration and also to Faithful Companions who cremated my little Shadow. They really went above and beyond. Its good to know people really do care about our babies and not just in it for the money. I will definitely only deal with Dr Shannon and her amazing team going forward.”

“I'm sorry, you just won't find a vet, or vet techs that show your animals the amount of love, you do, when they're in their care! They are truly awesome. If I said Dr White was the only doctor to handle Cisco, it wouldn't mean much to anyone...except those that knew him!! LOL”
