I'm so used to buying online, but going to a place with experts was truly better.I went to this location for a fix, and it was so easy to work with them. While I was there, I was also looking at kids' bikes and they gave me specialized advice about how to transition a tall child who is an inexperienced rider to a better bike. It was a simple thing, but honestly, customer service is so tough these days that when you find an example of genuine friendlessness, it's refreshing. 10/10 would recommend.”
