“I had gone to Rapid Wrench, as i was told by Take 5 Oil change in Medina that i needed a coolant flush ASAP. They had advised it was 149 dollars and that my coolant was black. I make an appt at Rapid Wrench as i also needed brakes. I was surprised when Rapid Wrench called and told me i did not need a coolant flush and that my car fax had reported it was already done recently. Rapid does fantastic work, their communication is excellent and my car was completed as promised for the price quoted. Highly recommend for all of your car care needs. Thank you !!”

“Took my 2023 Highlander in for its one year service and check up. I was greeted by a service advisor. He listened to my requests (oil change/tire rotation/warranty issues) asked if I would wait for my car, I had a ride, left my car with him. I was called about two hours later, was explained about work done and told my car was ready. I returned, my service advisor recognized me, came to me, had me sign the paperwork, called for a rep to bring my car up, which was done promptly. My car was cleaner than when I brought it in, I visually inspected my wheels (no scratches) my car sides (no dents) I always want my vehicle returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I am a satisfied customer.”
“Diamond Pearlz Detailing does fantastic work! Earl (owner) is wonderful to work with providing excellent service and communication.
Detailing: Earl has detailed both of my cars on multiple occasions and they come back looking brand new. More recently, I challenged him with a car I inherited and was planning to sell. It was owned by a smoker with a long haired pet and was in really, really bad shape. Earl worked his magic and I don’t know how he did it but that car came out sparkling and scent-free (I subsequently sold it for the top amount expected with no issue, I always got full expected value on the trade-in quotes).
Tint: Earl also applied tinting to both of my cars and the attention to detail is impressive. I had him do my new car that wasn’t tinted and liked the work so much I brought my other car in the following week. It’s been a couple years since the tint jobs and they are both still perfect.

Had driver & passenger door tint matched to back doors to flow with my tinted cap ,With a 6 Inch tint brow for my front windshield. Everything came out excellent. Nip & tuck went above expectations . they are very thorough & walked over the vehicle with me along with the areas I had concern prior & also on pickup we walked over the truck again for the areas they prioritized during the time it was being worked on. Very professional & didn't make me feel they were pushing for me to pickup the vehicle to get the next one in the door. Well worth the price I paid. “I've been doing business with Patrick and his associates since 2009 and have never had a complaint. I've had my last five vehicles rustproofed at Pampered Carriage and I would never go anywhere else again. The original vehicle that was rust-proofed in 2009 is still on the road today (2024) with minimal rust damage and it's a daily driver. Pampered Carriage has competitive pricing, pays attention to detail, and provides great customer service.
Advice: Vehicles are a huge investment and in my opinion, they should be rust-proofed. It will not only make the undercarriage last longer but also protect the break lines, fuel lines, and other frequently replaced parts due to rust damage.”
