Ordered this cake 2 weeks in advance. Went to pick it up and they never made it. This is what we were handed two minutes later. Worst cake i've ever seen.

Well I was waiting in line at the membership counter 3 employees standing around pretending not to see you while 1 employee works,...lol What's totally hilarious that in America this is totally normal. Nobody wants to work!!

The service is so bad, I went to the cash register and she just left and came back after 1 minutes, they only open 1 cash register and the reset are self registe.
