It has become much more enjoyable since meeting a young man whose name is Jonathan V., he is truly amazing at all times in helping me and I notice how he helps others as well, just total respect, and his smile is so stunning. Jonathan V., is genuinely friendly, attentive to the needs of all customers, and he treats me and others as a "valued" Bj's members should be treated, handles anyone's situation with ease, care, and confidence, displaying a certain calm and peace at all times. Jonathan V., is the most respectful person I have met at the Middleburg Heights store, just amazingly friendly, and knowledgeable about how to correct whatever issue I had or experienced and the overall service i receive from Jonathan V., has always been impeccable, to say the least, and I strongly feel this person deserves a raise. I am forever grateful to Jonathan V., and I am truly grateful and appreciate the service I receive at all times. “Switched to this location for groceries from the Giant Eagle on Snow in Brook Park. Night and day difference.Clean and stocked to the best of their abilities - When distribution is to blame, it’s hard to be mad at the store when things are out of stock.Staff at the meat counter are polite and help out with the latest deals, and we always have our favorite cashiers we look for. There are some real gems working here, I can only hope that the company knows how important the good workers are to the customers experience.”

“I didn’t catch the guys name but I forgot a bag because confusion of buy my kid candy with change. Twice this man came out to bring me the bags I forgot. The last time I was already on the road and the man ran out to bring my bag I’m am very appreciative of this young man and glad to see there are humans like this still around. “They had the gum I was looking for in stock, and as a bonus they have some strawberry milk that looks good. All of those were a fair price. I like the addition of self-checkouts so I don't have to wait in line, but I wish I could use my Marc's gift card at the self-checkout without requiring an employee to assist.”

“With this being a wholesale store, It's great to be able to get so many things from here. The bakery section is always great to swing by. They have the regular items and then seasonal or temporary items. I fell in love with the guava pastries. The lines are normally short when I go. The staff is very friendly.”

“This is the best pharmacy ever. They are courteous, friendly, efficient, kind. I have seen an abusive, rude customer literally yell at one of the techs totally without justification, and the tech and all the workers remained calm and polite. The pharmacist has called me several times to ask about other meds and make sure I was aware of side-effects or whatever. Great pharmacy!”
