“Phenomenal facility, super clean and friendly staff. A friend recommended it so I got temporary pass and didn't want to leave after the months were up. They open early 5am which works with my busy schedule. The indoor walking track, the warm water pool and the jacuzzi are my favorite features. Locker room has built in locks and showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.”

“I live here! I have tried literally all other gyms in the area and none can beat the amazing and highly knowledgable coaches and thoughtfully laid out workouts you will get at otf. The new treadmills r beautiful just like Coach Autumn!! Functional training and great variety with TRX. The workouts are so fun and actually challenging for all levels. HOWEVER- this studio needs new weights and HEAVIER weights for everyone. The winter months come and those old metal weights freeze my small hands. ?”

They are very knowledgeable and supportive! We all have different goals and body types and I love that there is no judgement! They have helped me to eat and live healthier! “I reached out to Unbroken Athletic during a trip to the area, needing an adequate space for a fill-in workout. Shanna responded and was very accommodating to my request, her son gave us a tour when we arrived, and the space was immaculate. It was particularly nice being used to a warehouse gym without AC back home. This space was very cool, literally ? The mayhem affiliation is a major bonus. “Great gym. It's not huge and they don't have every piece of equipment you could possibly want (like a turf area or cardio rowers), but they've got most things. It's clean, I love the 24 hr access, and the people are chill. I guess the biggest downside for some is that they have small changing rooms, not locker rooms. There are lockers along the wall kinda in the open area. Helps to keep the price down probably, because their pricing is pretty great. It's been great going there as I'm coming back from a couple serious injuries that required surgery.”

“Jazzercise is FUN! I first went to Jazzercise as a college student almost 30 years ago. While I have tried other types of exercise through the years, I always found them monotonous over time. I've never grown tired of Jazzercise because there is continual variety from music and routines, to instructors and class formats. Also love that it is a full body workout including cardio and strength and the group setting gives me both support and accountability!”

Mike is a fantastic owner who really cares about his business and members.
