“Lots of cute things at this store, very expensive compared to other places but some things I would double check before you buy it that it’s not at another store because I went to Meijer and got something for four bucks, but then I happen to see it at gales the next day for triple the price. A couple bucks I would understand but triple the price?And it was the same exact item. I know that this store does have a lot of things that other stores dont though so I get it.”

Ron and Barb are incredibly knowledgeable and have taught me a tremendous amount about gardening. They take the time to answer questions, explain why things work, and share their experience. As someone who enjoys learning, I appreciate that more than I can say.
The plants are consistently healthy, vigorous, and well cared for. The quality is noticeably better than what I've found at many larger garden centers. When I buy plants here, I have confidence that they're going to thrive.
What I value most is that this is a local business run by people who are genuinely passionate about gardening. Their advice has helped me become a better gardener, and their products have never disappointed me.

Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.”

“I bought my home in March and started out with an above ground pool and deck in the back yard which I removed and work needed around the garage which I started but found too difficult for me to do . The Maria’s Gardens team from North Royalton came in and made the place look great and they took care of any damage the machinery did to the lawn outside of the area being worked on the yard will and does look great”

“They only have one option for inline water filter replacement o rings / gaskets. Universal kit but only comes with two unspecified gasket sizes! Ridiculous! Funny that they now seem to stock every possible AC contactor, dual run capacitor, universal motor, transformers (everything except a replacement compressor and indoor coil selection! Maybe stock a couple more $1.25 regular everyday maintinence parts before turning into famous supply.”

“Great to big shout out to the Brunswick Home Depot. We got about 10 plus inches of snow from last night through this afternoon. I went outside to use my brand new cub cadet blower and got one strip of the driveway completed before the blower and drive stopped working. I asked my neighbor Bob look at it and we noticed a bolt blew threw the plastic engine cover. Not sure how that happened but it did. “I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot.
We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there.
I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem.
Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig.
Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”

While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”

“The girls at this store today were exceptional. We were in around lunchtime and it was pretty busy but both ladies inside handled it graciously and attentively. I witnessed a customer in front of me being very rude and demanding and to my dismay I see the review below and it was very inappropriate. The associate was very polite and tried to offer solutions and I felt awful how they were treated while balancing multiple tasks. I love coming to this shop and my flower purchase was gorgeous as always. I came here to support this amazing store and was very disturbed to see that review after witnessing the situation. I wanted to uplift them by doing this review without knowing that person could be so cruel. Dont believe everything you read I assure you. These ladies were very much doing a beautiful job. Some people just have no class.”
