Wish they didn't push me into getting a Google phone and should have stayed with Iphone. Told me Google was one of the best phones out there and I would've stayed with getting a Apple iphone if I knew better

It was by far the best experience I have EVER had at a Verizon store! The two young men there were courteous, friendly, helpful and Christian, the one who mainly helped me, was extremely knowledgeable!!

Update: I went to the store, and the service was just as good, if not better, than my last visit. Brittany was pleasant, fun, and very knowledgeable about her products. Without pressuring, she suggested things I didn't think I needed, but here we are a few days later, and I'm glad I have them. Lyle was equally as impressive.

After the employee "upgraded" our phone for a $800 credit, we realized the phone was defective after just two weeks. This store refused to do anything so I had to call customer service several times because they kept saying there was nothing they could do it was up to Middlefield. After several calls and a trip to Youngstown, I finally got the phone replaced. Soon as the phone was replaced we found out the girl was supposed to put phone in as a trade to fit the $800 credit, but because she "upgraded" we didn't get the discount.... I'm still fighting with Verizon and it's been a month. I Do NOT recommend this store.

The service I received from Stormy on 7-28-23 was beyond excellent. I am a Senior Citizen with limited technological skills. Stormy was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in signing me up for a new plan, purchasing a new iPhone 14 and accessories, and explaining everything. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to deliver first class customer service and satisfaction.

1 is too high a rating. They randomly were closed for a "break" for an entire hour (4pm-5pm) in the middle of "open" hours. After I waited for an hour, the employee would not help with insurance replacement/activation on 3 devices. She wanted $100 to help. And, her appearance was disgusting. Should not be representing a company with piercings all over your face. What a joke!

Absolutely awful customer service and support at this particular location! Despite being a 20+ year Verizon customer with at least 3-7 separate lines this particular store/location has repeatedly made the same error’s, charged extra for fake customer service charges, and was extremely rude and derogatory. The female manager exemplifies the rampant ineptitude of this location. Thankfully there is a second Verizon store in our town who were in fact capable of assisting us in the activation of our new phone line. Which is absolutely astonishing because we literally had every thing in order upon arrival including our new sim card, the only thing needed was the creation of a new line on our longstanding account… it took the other store approximately 5 minutes from start to finish and was done with a smile. Which is the polar opposite of our experience at this abomination.

This company is really awful!! They should be shut down!! They are thief's!! Basically they accidentally ported my number over and I was stuck after that so I went back and picked up phone returned it and was charged 30 dollar's untop of 4 hour wait absolutely by far the worse experience I ever had with a phone company!!!The employees are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing!!! Duncan G was my rep and he failed to explain anything to me and he was completely clueless about how to do his job. The other employee chimed in and made threats to me after they stole 30 dollar's untop of taking back a charger they gave me for free.. Are you going to reimburse me the stocking fee? I have went down there they couldn't pull up my account!

I was having issues with my iPhone 11 and was due for an upgrade. Store associate convinced me to upgrade my business account as well and promised a free Apple Watch. That was 2 months ago. Store never answers the phone. When you physically go to the store they’re usually screwing around in the back or playing on their phones sitting in the chairs up front. They tell you they can’t help you and someone will call you and they never do. Verizon corporate tracked the watch and said it was delivered to the store and yet the store tells me for two months that they don’t have it. I will never do business with this location again. As a local business owner with a business account this is no way to treat your customers.
