“It took me some running around to get the rental squared away due to the fact I was using a cash app card that enterprise does not accept, (at least the Middletown Ohio location doesn't) However, the staff were all very helpful and friendly with the entire process. When returning the vehicle, I misunderstood the holiday hours and extra charges but again the staff was extremely helpful with getting it sorted out and even gave me some of my deposit back and also offered to give me a gas credit for the overfilled level upon return. I was so pleased with the costumer service that I kindly passed on the offer. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Couldn't recommend more! Thanks again everyone at the Middletown Ohio location for the great costumer service!”
