“Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I rent a vehicle from here every few weeks and I never have to worry about my car not being ready and it’s always clean. I’ve dealt with many issues when trying to rent from other companies that I don’t have to worry about here. I’ve been renting vehicles from this location consistently for 3 years now and prefer not to go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.”
“I have been a rider since 2014 when the vehicle died in butler county, ohio in front of fair grounds . So I don't to hear one person say that this company is not doing their job because they do outstanding service .”

“Very friendly and helpful all the way around, made sure I was stress free the guy I worked with was TJ Rawlings and he was absolutely amazing most friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with from enterprise. Last time was a bit stressful and rude service but he was very professional and helped in every way he possibly could. Got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. If I ever have to rent a car again I hope he is still there.”
