“Visited in late May 2026. Jaylen Lemons helped me get an upgrade from my mid size vehicle I had originally reserved. Great service and communication from Jaylen Lemons!
Jaylen was very professional with his skills. He treated me with the upmost respect, asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the rental. Processed me quickly and I was out in less than 15-20 minutes.
There were only 1 or 2 customers inside and about 2 or 3 employees. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Had some minor dings that I addressed on the paperwork. Half tank of gas and was told to return the vehicle with a half tank.”
