Bought gift cards from here- 1 didn’t work and 1 had the code scratched out and couldn’t use- store did nothing about - manager wouldn’t even come speak to my face after last week I was in and watched sure manager scream at one of his employees. He wa so condescending and rude. I will NEVER purchase from this store again. Thankfully it’s in the ghetto and not near me- I just happen to pass it sometimes. Don’t ever go to CVS on verity parkway if you don’t want screwed out of money

The hours on Google do not reflect the store hours.
Google says they open at 8am on Saturdays. At 8:58 I arrived and i walked in right behind an employee. I made it halfway through the store and was told by another employee they weren't open yet, and "we open at 9". So I walked outside and stood for 2 minutes. It took me longer to find the things I needed than 2 minutes anyway. Just odd customer service.

Found out i have covid and rushed to get to cvs and get there by 6:01and get told i can’t until tomorrow at 8 am when some people work at 6-6 and have school so by the time get get back home they are still going to be closed!!

I will tell you Phuc is an awesome pharmacist and explains things thoroughly. The older women who work there are rude most of the time. I was out and about and didn't have one of my medications on me but knew it was due about this time. Whilst I was over running errands by CVS I called and asked if it was time to be refilled and the lady on the phone said "you know what? It's due when the bottle says" and then hung up on me. I was in disbelief. Such terrible customer service from the other staff. I am the reason they get paid. I changed pharmacies to Walgreens and they actually have some respect. I will say however the younger people there have great customer service. It's just the one older lady that made me take my business elsewhere. I take at least 10 different prescriptions or more. Their loss I suppose. If CVS doesn't take action against her, I will guarantee I'm not the only one working has taken my business elsewhere but, people will continue to do so because of her. If you use this pharmacy you know exactly who I'm talking about unfortunately.

Couldn't get the name of your tech working at the window, extremely rude and shouldn't be dealing with people. My mother just got out of the hospital, cancer patient and she was in tears with your behavior. I'll be changing her pharmacy and calling corporate.
