“Customer service here is great. Everyone was friendly and helpful if I could give the whole store a good performance review that included every associate I interacted with in my Lowe’s experience today, I would, but I don’t know everyone’s name.
My journey started at the paint desk where the associate there helped with a completely different item out of their section of the store. Then I ran into another associate and he went around with me and helped me find the LR44 battery for my digi therm. He was very polite and helpful.”

“I was there for the Pet Vet Clinic but I got my dog a couple dog bones afterwards. The cashier was wonderful, and it was nice seeing a smile on an employee's face.
Update: I had to go to the Pet Vet Clinic again and dealing with one of their employees wasn't fun. BUT Tractor Supply employees and especially the cashier today were super nice and friendly!”

“I visited Menards today, in need of additional raised bed soil. I was able to get what I needed. While shopping in the garden area, there was a lady who was so helpful and kind. I had a big pile in my cart so she told me to make sure I asked for help unloading. I was looking for some small stakes to reinforce some garden stones. There were several people inside the store who were helpful. The last young man in hardware was able to help me decide what product would be suitable for my reinforcement. He directed me to the edging area outside and I found just what I needed. Upon checking out there were two ladies that were helpful because as I said I had a big ole cart full. The young man who helped me load my items in the car was so careful with my purchases and stacked everything up so nicely in the back of my car. I did ask him his name but I am terrible with names he had brown hair and glasses. He was so very nice and extremely helpful, as were the other associates!”

“New to the area and stopped in for an item. Within less than two minutes I was greeted and offered assistance by the incomparable Sandi. She is the kindest helpful and humorous people I've encountered in a while. Any future visit I will be sure to seek her help and just say hello. She is a knowledgeable asset to the store.”
