“Store is clean, well organized. I was greeted when I came in, as well as several times by various employees. When I couldn't find what I needed, an employee directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and professional staff!”

“I went in on this stormy evening looking for hoses to clamp onto my emergency water pump. The right size hose wasn’t there, so Ryan worked really hard to come up with a solution of several different pvc fittings to work with our garden hoses at home. He made an 1.5 inch water pump opening connect with an 5/8 inch garden hose! Everything fits great and we are ready to save our basement if the power goes out! Thank you Ryan!”

“Prosource truly was great to work with! We used them for our carpet installation! Tina was so helpful when it came to helping us pick out a carpet within our budget! She worked with us and was very communicative during the whole process! She made it feel easy and seamless! Our carpet was installed so beautifully! Santy installed our carpet and he truly did such an amazing job! He was even able to install carpet on a spot in our hallway that was tricky! I definitely recommend Prosource for your carpet needs!”

“We love our new garage in Evendale, OH.! The guys from Tailored Living, located in Monroe, OH, were a pleasure to work with. A family owned company, Denny, Steven and Kevin provided straight forward advice and reliable service. Very trustworthy and dependable. We interviewed 2 other companies before selecting Tailored Living and we are glad we did!”

“Lots of great options for those in the trades, those that love working with their hands and tinkering. OH, I don't want to leave out the DIYers. Menards has an awesome selection of a lot of things, however, I especially like the lighting section. So many beautiful and cost effective light options. I bought a small refrigerator from here $88. What a bargain! The flooring section is awesome- loaded with a variety of options. Menards is a place that you have to go and experience it first hand to respect and partake in all they have to offer. I just felt so creative and full of possibility while and after visiting. I wanted to fix up, work on, add to a project- that type of feeling. That's what Menards is inspiring. Parking is abundant. The store is huge- wear your walking shoes. There was a guy playing the piano so lovely. It was a great shopping experience.”

“I got the royal treatment at my Home Depot today. Everyone gave me fabulous help and advice and great service from the plumbing area to the garden center and checkout. Such a nice morning for someone who normally dreads trying to fix things and find doodads at the hardware store!”

“New to the area and stopped in for an item. Within less than two minutes I was greeted and offered assistance by the incomparable Sandi. She is the kindest helpful and humorous people I've encountered in a while. Any future visit I will be sure to seek her help and just say hello. She is a knowledgeable asset to the store.”

“Many great things to say - great selection, exceptionally well stocked, and huge inventory. The store is clean, wide aisles, and well lit. The only thing lacking is customer service not behind a cashier counter. I know what I want and where to find things generally but I see a number of customers wandering around looking for assistance. For that I shave off a star on this review. Although I really appreciate any rebate, it can be a hassle processing Menards 11% program. I’d much prefer a sale price.”

“Everyone was so helpful and really nice. I don't shop there often and accidentally went to the return counter to check out. The woman manning the desk didn't hesitate to ring me up anyway. It was really apreciated!”
