Kroger Pharmacy is appreciated by many customers who find the pharmacy team wonderful, amazing, and hard-working. They are noted for going above and beyond with compassion and kindness, often helping with prescriptions and finding discounts even when very busy and overworked. Some customers have changed to this location from others and report no longer having problems. While the team sometimes faces difficult interactions, their dedication and effort do not go unnoticed. A specific mention praises the location for having very few items out of stock, acknowledging the hard work that achievement requires.

The better of the two Krogers in Middletown. Usually it’s pretty clean, well stocked, and the parking lot layout is good. Pharmacy doesn’t ever answer their phone

I changed pharmacies from mijer to kroger and have never had anymore problems. mijer and cvs should be the ones getting the bad reviews.
