I changed pharmacies from mijer to kroger and have never had anymore problems. mijer and cvs should be the ones getting the bad reviews.

Every time I’m picking up my prescriptions, the pharmacy team is getting screamed at, berated, and belittled by someone angry at something outside of the pharmacy’s control. I just wanted to let the team know how much I truly appreciate them and how it does not go unnoticed how much they go above and beyond! Evan is amazing and so is the pharmacist who was working last night. They last minute filled my script, informed me my insurance wouldn’t cover it, and already found a coupon to discount it. I just love the pharmacy team and all they do! They don’t get the respect and kindness they deserve. Thank you all for all of your compassion, kindness, and hard work!!

Yes, there is a long line bc people don't want to get a job! The people they have are wonderful, over worked, and they still smile and try SO HARD to be the best for the customer!

Changed my prescriptions from Kroger pharmacy in Middletown because I got tired of that pharmacy not having my medication on time . I have had 0 problems,with the Springboro pharmacy.

Went in for a single tablet of triazalam. Was told they didn’t have it. Called their bluff and said I called earlier to verify they did, and BOOM! Magically it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. Employees don’t want to work.

I have to say I was impressed with this kroger location this weekend. Very few items out of stock and as a former employee of this location I understand the work that goes into doing that during the weekend. Thank you.

I'd leave zero stars if it was an option. My wife and daughters have to use Kroger pharmacy because their insurance dictates it. If they had their way they'd all go back to CVS. I've never seen a more incompetent pharmacy in my entire life. Almost every single time we have to get a Rx filled there it's never ready, despite being called and told it's ready!! First opportunity they get to switch pharmacies they're taking it. These days, whenever my wife tells me she has a Rx to pick up from there I set my bar of expectations at ground level. Somehow Kroger pharmacy still manages to get below that bar. I absolutely despise dealing with them.

If I could give a zero I would I just moved to Middletown from Colerain and it’s been hell with this pharmacy moving things over from Colerain Kroger this pharmacy is filled with RUDE people that could care less about your needs they can’t even get insurance right and to top it off they “lost” my medication and had to fill it while I was there I literally was told to come in because they are closed at 6 at the drive thru and while I was waiting one of the girls told someone in the drive thru well we closed at 6 and it’s 614 but I guess I can help you …. I was stunned ? this place was a Joke to say the least I took my business to CVS where I come to learn half those employees LEFT this Kroger because of how it’s ran smh ??♀️ so RUN FAR FAR away from this pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy, horrible customer service, very long wait times, and even after being told to wait 45 minutes for a prescription when I was sick, just to go back and have to wait another 10 minutes, then they say, "oh we don't have that, we are out!" No apologies given. I've had this problem the last 3 times I went there...so needless to say, I'm done. Switched to Meijer pharmacy, and they've been great. My mother did the same because she had bad experiences with the Kroger Pharmacy on Towne Blvd herself. The pharmacist's are even rude. Extremely unprofessional pharmacy in my experience.

I just switched from Krogers to a different pharmacy, and what a difference! At this Krogers Pharmacy, there's always a very long wait for service. The "drop off" window is always closed. My doctor has called prescriptions in and Krogers has claimed they have no record of it. Sometimes they forget to give me my insurance discount. I understand that many businesses are short on staff, but the problems at this pharmacy go far beyond that.

This is an extremely busy pharmacy. The automated refill system will say that your Rx will be ready at a certain time, but most times, it isn't done for several more hours. They also will often not answer the phone - it just rings.

There are no words to describe how horrible of a pharmacy this is. Tried three different occasions - all of them an hour wait, or longer, in line for a prescription that was ready to be picked up. I have never wanted to give negative stars before but this location deserves it. I suggest if this your pharmacy that you find a new one.

The staff is amazing and very helpful! Even with a shortage of staff, they still manage to get fill prescription when they promise and always with a smile!
