“I have been searching everywhere for a Spider-Man 2099 costume shirt for my son to complete his costume. He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! I hope he can be recognized for his kindness and just overall outstanding customer service. My son is absolutely thrilled that he can now be his favorite character! Thank you so much, Zane!”

“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. “I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

The gal was super informative, asked helpful questions, and then helped me pick a very comfy pair of shoes, all while being patient that my kids enjoyed the track that runs around the whole store.”

“The selection of clothes is great. It's convenient when looking for a specific item. The prices are high when there isn't a sale. Basically, if you want an item, you should wait for a 30-50% off event. They have a great selection of men, women and kids clothes. My only complaint is the quality leaves something to be desired. Old Navy is no stranger to low-mid quality products though.”

“My favorite store in the outlet mall. They usually have a good selection of shoes and are always helpful to find the size you need. They also give good recommendations for their shoes. “I had an online pick up order at this location on Christmas Eve. I just want to mention that I was very impressed to see how organized and clean this location was!!! I have been to multiple Rally House locations in the Cincinnati area and this specific location seems to be the most organized. This definitely helps the customer experience to be much more enjoyable to shop and I will make the extra 30min drive to this store for this reason! I will also say that the employees at each location have always been very helpful and friendly so I will continue to recommend Rally House to family and friends.”
