The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. “Everyone was very helpful! I haven’t owned a pair of jeans in about 15 years. The sales associate was so helpful in finding me the right fit. She knew what size I needed just by looking at me! I was amazed by it. I am disabled and she made sure I had the big dressing room and came back to check on me. We will definitely be back! I wish I caught her name.”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

Recently it seems to be difficult to get someone to help, or answer a simple question, while shopping brick and mortar stores, but these two KILLED IT! “I went in to the store, not sure if I would find anything and super unsure of what I was looking for. A sales associate by the name of Andrea became extremely helpful and helped me style a beautiful outfit for my interview the next day. She got me all different styles and sizes to help me narrow down what I was looking for, all while being extremely personable and kind. I left there confident with an entire outfit that she steamed for me so I would have everything ready to go for the next day. I am someone that normally doesn’t ask or really want help while shopping, but this time was different and Andrea really went above and beyond for me.”
