“A decent office overall. Unfortunately funding likely suffers due to the constant effort of this country to privatize every public service. That being said, improvements can definitely be made. This can range from more staffing so that the lunch hour doesn't have a line all the way to the door to keeping better track of packages. Despite this, my experience here has been mostly positive!”

“Someone parked in front of my mailbox so my mail/a package I was expecting was not able to be delivered. I contacted Trenton Post Office to see if I could pick it up and a kind individual named Nick offered to grab it from the mail carrier and went as far as to deliver it to my house. I am still shocked at the wonderful customer service I was shown.”
“Writing a five star review because I have previously dealt with the most kind and helpful employees here and I don’t want this to reflect poorly on them. I ship out my resale clothing items here and it has been such a great experience until today. Of the two employees at the front today, I worked with the unhelpful and unkind one. Such poor customer service. I left without even shipping my items. I hope I just caught her on a bad day and that she isn’t rude to others. Thanks to all of the other employees who have always been so kind.”
