“Touring was great! Employees were very helpful in walking us through the process of exploring different options onsite. Millcroft contains a community pool, workout area, and accessible parking. Additionally the washer and dryer is included in a single apartment. I personal like the location respective to Cincinnati and appreciate the surrounding environment.”

“I have to be honest and say that I was a little hesitant about having to look for a new apartment. However when I found Concord Woods I was quite surprised !!!! The townhomes with the lofts are incredible exactly what I was looking for. It really does remind me exactly of a loft apartment that I had back in the late '80s !!!!!!!!! In a way, I feel like I would be reliving my youth lol. If not toured a unit yet but I am very anxious to. Kim, in the office, is phenomenal !!!!!! So professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable not only about the property but surrounding area as well !!!!! My hat is off to her !!!!! I truly wish nowadays all people that work in a face-to-face type of situation like this, were only half as good as Kim !!!!!! I honestly think this world would be a much nicer place to live in. Thank you Ken for doing an outstanding job !!!!! Hopefully I will be a future resident !!!!!!!!!”
