My 87 year old father has been using this branch since he moved to Miami Township 12 years ago, and is always greeted by staff with a smile, and by name. “Im a local business operator and I use this branch as well as the Wards Corner Kroger branch. I have never received anything but top notch service and kindness. I have health issues and walking inside is a task for me sometimes, so I use the bank drawer in the drive thru. I have sent several hundred daily deposits and transactions to many different tellers over the 11 years and have never had any issues. Sometimes maybe the customer should be a little more patient and polite. Goes a long way. I know if your rude to me I give it back .. even while smiling . Love you guys See you Monday!!”
