“Update 1 Month Later:
I had tried calling but also sent a "Contact Me" request through their website. Per the response below from Charles Schwab, the central number did reach out to me but I never heard back from the web request. In the conversation from the central number we aligned that I indeed needed local help. The person suggested that it may be best to stop by the office which I did next time I was in the area. At the office the gentleman working at the front was apologetic and got me in touch with someone to help me that afternoon, I was also provided the persons business card so i had his direct line. Great meeting and they are already helping me within a day. I'm confident they will help moving forward now that I have a contact. I wanted to increase from 1 star to 4 stars as the office visit and engagement was so quick. I would go higher but they still have an issue with initial contact via phone or website request. It should be easier to get a hold of someone but in the short term - go to the office in person to get help.

I am getting the same results of nobody answering the phone at this branch. I had talked to the general customer service number, who were fabulous, and they suggested I work with the local branch on an issue I am experiencing. I have tried several times over the past couple hours and can't get an answer on the "New Customer Consultation" option for this branch. At least have someone answer and take call back information.”
“The direction on google map- is off, it took me to the other side of the plaza. So I got to the bank a few mins before the bank about to close, the teller was very patience with me and able to get the process completed very quickly.”
“This is our nearest PNC branch that we've been banking with for over ten years. We opened student accounts when our girls went off to college here, and we've gotten many documents notarized. They've always been friendly and efficient. We went recently and they still have a drive thru and ATM, but the lobby is locked. We called to make an appointment to get docs notarized, and a manager greeted us to let us in. They are Covid conscious and use acrylic barriers and masks. We enjoy banking here!”

“The staff at the Milford SR 28 are absolutely fabulous, with the exception of the new manager, who needs an attitude check. My 87 year old father has been using this branch since he moved to Miami Township 12 years ago, and is always greeted by staff with a smile, and by name. Unfortunately, the two times he has interacted with the new manager, she has been condescending and snippy, as if he is bothering her.”
