10 months and 3 different places without finding the issue. Shaggy found my issue in 2 days. Had an additional issue that was not Fords fault and they fixed that for free. Service manager called me and did a great job. I was never going to buy a Ford again but this experience changed my mind.

Since I have been taking my mustang there they all have been really nice..I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service done...honest and friendly environment
