“Emma was extremely helpful! She even demonstrated how to use the cleaning products I was buying for my tank. Over and beyond customer service!! Beautiful fish and wonderful people!”
“My puppy Bodhi was scared for the first few grooms - but now he nearly runs into Pup Palace when we show up :) consistent cuts by your description. This time I went in, they asked: same as last time? & while I felt more comfortable to clarify - she knew exactly what I was talking about. Thank you so much & we’ll be back soon!”
“This store looks like a very good locally owned shop for those who love birds and God's creation. For instance, what wildlife, plants, or artistry is there without Him? Enjoy the birds' presence all that you can.”
“My favorite place to shop for my kitty food best food best people couldn’t be more helpful and friendly thank you for great expertise in helping me with best choices for my diabetic kitty”

“I would never trust anyone one but Aunt Dawn and her employees with my baby. The way she goes above and beyond is unmatched. My baby has medical issues and she took care of her like she was her own fur baby. Thank you to you and your staff for giving me and my family a worry free vacation.”
“They groomed my difficult dog today. They were so nice to try and they did a great job! He didn't like the dryer but he was pretty dry. Thank you Earthwise. I love it there!”
“I am so glad that I found the Pet Supplies Plus In Huntington Beach. They are the only Pet store that has the treats my kitties like in bulk quantity. Every team member that has acknowledged me when visit the store and has helped me when needed.
Thank you for the great customer support.”
“We have purchased our Christmas tree from this business the last three years. Each time we have been extremely happy. Today we went in to buy this years tree and Jonathan quickly met us at the tree location asking if he could help us and what exactly the type of tree we were looking for. I mentioned a man helped us last year find the perfect tree and I showed him a photo of it; as it turns out, he helped us last year with our purchase and in my honest opinion it was the best Christmas tree we have ever had in terms of style, size, and symmetry. He helped us find a similar tree for this year. The trees were literally just put out yesterday or today so this year's selection is still spreading out but again, similar to last year. As a small business owner, I was impressed with the fact Jonathan was quick to assist us today, quick to realize our visit last year, and knew exactly what we wanted. This is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service and very appreciated. Happy Holidays to you and your family and thank you again! Did I mention the price for the quality and service can't be beat.

“I’ve been coming to this show for years, and it is such a phenomenal expo; the best monthly show I’ve ever been to, actually. We drive 5 hours each way from Michigan to attend monthly. There’s a ton of quality vendors, and the show organizers stand behind the vendors they allow in the doors. You won’t find shifty people with animals in poor conditions at this show. Everyone brings healthy critters and so many vendors are great to talk to and very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Check it out if you’re on the fence!”
“We love Tailwaggers! We see Tammy for dog grooming, and it's great to have someone I trust with my girls. She knows not to shave them and does a great deshedding treatment. Highly recommend!”
“The best priced plants, all your farm/barn needs right here. Super kid friendly, they have a treasure box for visiting kids. The dog and cat that roam around are super friendly as well. I love cats and their black cat is one of the most intriguing cats I’ve come across! Good priced bulk bird food as well.”
“Argos is the only place we buy food for our mini goldendoodle Bentley🐶. They carry a wide range of products and you can rest assured that they are top quality. We visit the Madeira location weekly with Bentley and he loves to investigate all the baskets that hold delicious treats! Staff is the best - super friendly, knowledgeable and their love for animals shines through. Kathy is typically there on Friday which really makes Bentley wag his tail! Carey is awesome too! Please support this local business when selecting food for your pet.”
“Bring my dog here all the time. They're great with the dogs and I know she'll be looked after and cared for after I drop her off. Can't recommend this place enough.”

“Love this place! Started going for the organic, custom made pet food but all their products are high quality and reasonably priced. Our pets love the food and cat litter we get here! Dog loves the food as well! Owners are always there willing to help with any and all needs too! Love this local spot!”
“This cat shelter is so clean. And, there were lots of stimulating toys and fun things for the cats to do. Obviously they want a furever home, but they are well-taken care of until the right person comes to get them.”
“Pets Supplies Plus, Symmes is superior! My puppy was a picky eater and the manager suggested Redford’s naturals chicken & rice! My puppy loves it! Everyone is so nice at this store and there is such a great selection on everything you need! I’ll never go back to Petsmart now that I found this awesome store!”
“I highly recommend this company and the products I've used. Their products are safe, effective, and made with natural ingredients, making them an excellent choice for both my horses and the staff who work with them every day.
I own and operate a large hunter/jumper stable in Cincinnati, Ohio, and this is the only fly spray I trust and recommend for use throughout my facility. It consistently delivers excellent results, and I appreciate the company's commitment to producing high-quality, reliable products.

“My favorite place to get all the garden accessories and plants I need to make the happy plant mom I am. And of course supporting our local businesses ? also veggies and herbs are only 2 bucks a plant and 4" succulents are 3.99! Cheaper than most places !”
“Amazing quality! I have purchased my babies food here for years and I am so happy with the quality and service they provide. They deliver to my doorstep as often as I want. I have never had an issue with anything. Try it! You will love it.”
“Chris was AMAZING help today! He took the time to troubleshoot one of my chickens symptoms and engaged in conversation with another shopper and we all discussed this and agreed the chickens symptoms and solved my issue!
And helped with my plant solutions.
Wow ! A one stop shop!
And with patient and friendly service. That’s rare in this day and age.”
“this is my new favorite store! i had no idea this outlet was just down the street from me. prices are unbelievable. such cool and unique items . I also bought birdseed, which is the top quality at a really good price!”
“This pet store is phenomenal. They are always friendly and super helpful. The store is always super clean and everything is easy to find. One employee who stood out and went above and beyond for my needs was Polly Denny. When I told her that I developed an allergy to my cats and might have to rehome them, She recommended a cat food that helps with allergies and a litter that would help as well. So Polly gave me hope that I can keep my cats!”

“Sad they don’t have 5.5 cans in weight loss but the manager and staff was super helpful and sweet finding me a different store that had what I needed ❣”
“Loved finding this store today, they have all your feeder needs as well as a plethora of reptiles in stock. Yes, it did have a strong smell as other views suggested. However, I believe that’s to be expected with all the feeder breeding etc. I can see how some may have been turned off by the staff, whereas the woman who helped me was amazing, the guy and the other lady there seemed irritated that they had customers. But I just chalked it up to them unpacking from an expo. I definitely will be returning for all my reptile needs. Side note: The sizing listed on feeders seems to be a size or two down from what other stores offer, so order a size or two up for your mice and Dubai’s etc. Also when I inquired about a particular type of snake I was pointed toward a website. That is the only part I didn’t appreciate, because had they been able to read the room. They would have seen my eagerness to obtain said snake would have lead to a much more substantial purchase today. 45 dollars could have been 450 to 500 dollars. But whose counting?💯😊”

“We decided to try signing up our 4 month old at the time puppy—Sushi— for a 6 week beginner training course. Unsure of what it would be, every expectation was exceeded. Meicol did a fantastic job of training him in ways we could incorporate into our everyday life. Sushi has learned sit, lay down, wait, focus, paw, come, touch, up, leave it, take it, drop it, and more. He’s become proficient and grown with human/other dog interaction as well. I’d absolutely recommend Meicol to train any dogs who may be struggling early.”
“I had an amazing time at Petland. All of the dogs looked healthy and clean. A young lady named kylie helped me get out a bearded dragon and a snake. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“Best staff ever! Helpful, kind and always smiling. Great inventory and will help you find items if they are out don’t carry. Open during snow storms as well. Top notch TS!!”

“Maleena did such an amazing job with our Sundae! She took great care of him and he’s never looked cuter! This is the best haircut he’s ever had and we can’t wait to come back!”
