“The staff at this pharmacy are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Some neighboring pharmacies could stand to take note. I was having some insurance hiccups with my daughter’s life saving meds and the pharmacy technician worked and worked until she figured out a solution for me. They then made a point to call me and let me know it was straightened out and what they had to do for future reference. Walgreens on 28 left me wait for weeks and then told me it was my problem to figure out. I can’t thank the staff at Meijer pharmacy enough - give that tech a raise - she deserves it !”

“I went just to drop off a prescription for my husband, I gave the prescription to the pharmacist, and I asked her when it was going to be ready, I was planning to come back and get it, later, but she said it was going to be ready in 20 minutes, so I decided to wait for it, I started looking in the store, and in less than 20 minutes my husband’s prescription was ready, Douglas the manager is very knowledgeable and very polite.”

“After 2 years of Cincy Children’s not knowing how to get a medication safely for my child, Hill's had our problems solved in two days! My child was able to take her medication last night with no risk of aspiration for the first time in her life. That's a very big deal to us. You also solved a communication error in less than an hour when you didn't have to, just to make sure she got what she needed. Thank you so much for what you do!”
