“I love going to the store. They always have everything I'm looking for and it's a quick trip in and out. Not like going to the big stores. Most of the time when I go here I see the same people working which I like. I like seeing familiar faces even if I don't know them.”

“Pharmacy and photo have always been spot on for us. I frequently order photo albums and on occasion have put things in and some tech error has occurred. They are always quick to fix and trade out the item that was wrong. Just at the pharmacy yesterday and was a few early for our appointment. No problem! Great service and we were in and out ASAP.”

“The Miami Township Kroger is close by, just the right size, and has everything you need. It’s the only grocer offering the only way to cook salmon, in a a bake-ready bag. The friendly counter attendant seasons the fish and adds lemon slices, garlic, butter, and fresh herbs before sealing it. Dinner will be ready In about 30 minutes depending on the weight. Kroger's checkout app is extremely convenient. It recognizes your face and produces a QR code to scan at the register, there is no need for anything more. Your credit, and Kroger Plus card information are stored and ready for use. The check-out attendants are very friendly, attentive, and helpful.”

“I must say I am a big fan of Walgreens because they are always on top of my orders ! The only reason I gave this Walgreens 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the pharmacist, is always so rude for no reason when I’m at drive by window . She’s awful . The other one whose name I now know is Jeanie ! She’s amazing & took her time today by adding RX on my phone for me ! I jeanie so polite & sweet . Always one has to ruin things. Lol. I always show her kindness & try to show mercy with the mean one .”

“I ordered two cakes for my kids. I wasn't expecting much however, I was extremely impressed with how they turned out, considering I only gave them a day and a half to do when I picked up the cakes. The guy behind the counter was so polite, helpful, and nice. all the workers at the store were smiling and helpful. When I checked out the cashier and bagger were so beyond nice that it was refreshing to be around. I don't usually go to this Kroger, but after this experience, I definitely will shop here more. It was just nice to be around nice people.”

“I had to drive all the way here from two counties away to get something for my daughter. The pharmacist did everything he could to help me locate what she needed. I really appreciate the effort and kindness, and how easy it was to get what we needed.”

“This is my local Kroger. I am finally getting used to the remodel. I see the food (category) adjacencies on the shelves and it IS a logical shopping flow. The produce selection is always fresh. I've even picked up "marked down" produce that was perfectly fine. The remainder of the store either excels or could improve. I find that the selection in certain departments is too limited. For example, fresh juice is dominated by OJ and there is only one SKU of grapefruit juice (private label). Certain flavors of canned sodas are consistently out-of-stock and IMO space should be given to those items over slower moving flavors. I would LOVE if they would add the Scan-Bag-Go to this store. I've used the Clicklist one time and have not used it since. Speaking of Clicklist, the CL carts in the aisles with all the regular shoppers and the people stocking the shelves can be a total cluster. Maneuverability is difficult and I have seen alot of frustrated shoppers. My husband and I have enjoyed a fire roasted pizza and craft beer at the store. I think that adding a seating area could be a big win for this store since there are so few places to eat in the area.”
