They were understaffed, but the manager there gave his honest opinion that the guy they had doing hitches that day wasn't experienced enough to get the job done correctly on my new car. “We've had gas delivered twice so far since moving in and both times it was promptly delivered. I thought I had a gas leak today and called basically hysterical they talked me through all the precautions and had someone out within 40min to check and make sure we were ok. Great customer service!
