I called on a Saturday to leave a message asking if anyone could do a refill on Monday or Tuesday. The tank was very low. Within an hour, someone was here. That was above any expectations.”
“I’m not going to go into all of the details about my trailer hitch installation, but there were a number of problems that resulted due to unexpected staff and parts availability. While the issues were frustrating, the store manager Rob was very gracious, very polite, and made a genuine effort to make things right. Frankly, he was entirely responsible for turning what could have been a situation that created a high level of customer dissatisfaction, into a positive experience for me. I think it’s more important to judge an organization/person on how they handle a problem as opposed to whether there was a problem. If you have any issues at this location, ask for Rob….he’ll do just best to resolve your problem and treat you fairly.”

“We've had gas delivered twice so far since moving in and both times it was promptly delivered. I thought I had a gas leak today and called basically hysterical they talked me through all the precautions and had someone out within 40min to check and make sure we were ok. Great customer service! I appreciate that so much. Glad to do business with them.”
