“Son moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. I rented a 10ft truck and an auto transport. I added a storage, 1st month free. Storage at this location was clean and had indoor parking for loading/unloading. My sons apartment was ready within a the week. So the 1st month free was handy. Storage Manager and personnel was extremely helpful throughout the process.”
“I’m not going to go into all of the details about my trailer hitch installation, but there were a number of problems that resulted due to unexpected staff and parts availability. While the issues were frustrating, the store manager Rob was very gracious, very polite, and made a genuine effort to make things right. Frankly, he was entirely responsible for turning what could have been a situation that created a high level of customer dissatisfaction, into a positive experience for me. I think it’s more important to judge an organization/person on how they handle a problem as opposed to whether there was a problem. If you have any issues at this location, ask for Rob….he’ll do just best to resolve your problem and treat you fairly.”

“This store is really nice. When I came to pack up, they told me I had to wait since the person hadn't arrived yet. When the person arrived, they asked me to bring the pick-up slip myself, and then they received a phone call saying they didn't need it anymore and could print it out. It only takes two hours to install the U-box, which is really fast.”
“The most recent operator that took a payment performed the task, but her tone of voice was uninterested and made me feel as if she was annoyed with me. Attitude matters.”
“Holly was the counter attendant that assisted me and her hospitality was amazing she was very knowledgeable and friendly in the process of assisting me with my reservation in retrieving the trailer. Due to her professionalism I’ve suggested / made comments about her on my social media page to hopefully refer my friends and family to do business with not just Uhaul but specifically her so they also can receive the excellent professionalism I’ve received from Holly. “very easy to get the truck way cheaper than any home Depot or Lowe's or any other truck rental it was super cheap I got a 15 ft for 2 days with gas and everything I paid $150 so worth it”
