Paige is the best. I completely forgot about the 2$ charge for printing a return label. I only had a 20$ on me and instead of her making me break the 20$. She waived the fee...or paid it herself. Lol im not sure. Either way....I have more money for plants now. And that makes my day! Also there were atleast 7 people in line and she was seemingly the only one in there at 9:30 am. Eventho it was early...she still had a smile on her face and she was making the line move! Thanks again Paige! I love nice people!

Always easy and quick to drop off Amazon returns. They helped me out when I needed a bag for a return as well. Gave me an extra one they had on hand so I didn't need to purchase one. Great and friendly service all around!

I had an issue with an amazon return and Maddie was able to provide the neccessary steps to determine what the shipping information was, and then was able to provide the tracking number based off the QR code from amazon. 10/10 recommend. Maddie was excellent and made this headache a quick, painless process. UPS did everything they were supposed to, Amazon did not and over charged me.
Thanks again Maddie! You were amazing to work with!

I needed something shipped and decided to stop by UPS in Milford next to Kroger. The item that I wanted to ship was roughly 24-in x 12 in x 12 in.
The cashier told me just to package it (cost of the box and packaging materials) would be $86.00. I actually thought she was joking when she told me that. My mind still can't comprehend what they actually wanted to charge a customer. Keep in mind this wasn't even the cost of shipping the item. It was just to pack it in a box.
Needless to say they did not earn my business. And I will never recommend anyone to use UPS. This will always make me laugh. Thank you UPS for making me smile!

Edit: Management continues to win me over with their willingness to help with all my random projects! I wish I could remember her name, but the manager who helped me yesterday went above and beyond to produce the exact product I needed. She deserves to be recognized!
In regards to my previous review, I understand there needs to be space for new talent to learn. I respect that and even appreciate it, usually. But as you addressed, not when you are doing your first test round on customer owned, specialty paper.
Nonetheless, I recognize mistakes happen, and I believe they are worthwhile when we learn from them.
Their core staff is good, but twice now, I've had terrible experiences with 2 separate employees. I don't know how to nicely say it. They don't seem to be able to comprehend what I'm asking, but act like they know what I'm talking about, yet do something totally different!
Today, the only special paper I had for an event was ruined by their incompetency!
I paid for the prints that are garbage and will have to buy more specialty paper. This one cost me more than the absurd amount of time it took to complete the transaction.

I was visiting Ohio recently and—like an absolute maniac—bought way too many comic books to take home on a flight. We’re talking a mountain of graphic novels that weighed more than my luggage allowance and probably myself included. So I stopped by the UPS in Milford to ship them back home, and the ladies there helped me super fast, made sure everything was packed right, insured, and handled with care. They got me taken care of in no time.
But here’s the kicker—I lost my receipt with the tracking number. And of course, it was a long weekend so they were closed Monday, and I spent a couple days spiraling trying to get answers from national customer service, just to be told over and over there was nothing they could do.
Then this morning I got on the phone with Maddie at the Milford store. She instantly calmed me down, knew exactly where to look, and within minutes had found my shipment. She emailed me the tracking info and noticed there was something off with the shipping status, so she went above and beyond to contact distribution directly to get it all sorted.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Maddie deserves some serious recognition. She didn’t just do her job—she did what corporate support couldn’t. She made me feel heard, helped me when I thought no one could, and got everything back on track. Huge thank you to her and the whole team at the Milford UPS. You all made my day (and probably saved my comics).

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this Milford store. It would be 0 STARS if possible. Be careful who you talk to there anymore. I used to ship from there quite a bit, but half of them don't know what they're talking about anymore, and management won't do anything to remedy the situation after their employee screws up, and your package doesn't get to where it's supposed to be. I shipped two VIP concert passes (worth $800) to someone, guaranteed by their employee to get there the next night, which I made very clear needed to happen. I paid around $65 to make that happen. Two days later, the package was still in Cincinnati, and it never got to the destination until 4 days later. The recipient refused the delivery and the passes shipped back to me because the concert had already happened 2 days before that. I stopped in to the store to discuss what had happened with store management and explained to her that I was now out $865 because of them. All the manager would do was make excuses and she said I'm sorry, we can't do anything for you. They wouldn't even refund the shipping cost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this store for any deliveries. USE FEDEX or a different store if you want things to be on time and get to where they're supposed to go.
