Unlike most of the reviews on here, I've had no problems with this branch. I don't go there very often but I've always received good customer service, last week I opened a CD. Very pleasant experience.

There an OK bank. But slim on locations if you travel and they ain't afraid to take multiple overdraft charges to the point of no catching up. ATM fees kill me. But I guess its a bank.

US Bank trails chase significantly with its online user experience but the people at this branch made me stay for 8 years. I used to love going to this branch specifically because of the friendly staff. But lately the tellers were not friendly and seem annoyed to have to have to even help costumers.
